红豆蔻挥发油化学成分的GC/MS法分析

摘    要:用水蒸气蒸馏法从红豆蔻中提取挥发油.采用不同类型的毛细管柱进行分析,找出最佳分析条件,用归一化法测定其百分含量,并用气相色谱-质谱法对化学成分进行鉴定.鉴定得到48个成分,占挥发油总成分的84%以上.

Abstract:The essential oil was extracted from Alpinia galanga(L.) Willd. by steam distillation, the components analyzed with the different kinds of capillary columns, the optimum separated and analytical conditions were researched, the amount of the components from the essential oil were determinated by normalization method. The components separated were identified by GC-MS. There are 48 components composed of about 84% of the total essential oil were separated and identified.
