| 摘 要： | 传统逻辑要求思维和表达要有确定性，要为听者或读者提供尽可能准确的信息，可是，在许多外交场合，人们使用的外交语言都是含糊其辞的，这是一种特殊的、艺术的表达方式，而不是对逻辑规律的违背。
