| 摘 要： | 通过进一步完善结算中心管理制度，建立良好的管理模式等措施，使企业结算中心的职得得到加强，提高企业整体的资金使用效益，着眼于提高集团内效益好的企业的经营效率，同时适当扶助集团内效益较差的企业，才能达到集团整体经济效益和运作效率的提升，这样集团财务结算中心的作用才有可能充分发发挥出来。

| Abstract: | To perfect the management system of the final estimate centre and set up the fine management pattern,The function of enterprise final estimate centre has been enhanced and the effective utilization of entire funds of enterprises has been increased.Having our eyes on increasing the managing results of enterprises with good efficiency in the enterprise group as well as helping the enterprises with poor one in it,entire economic benefits and operating effect of the enterprise group can been raised.The great function of the financial settlement centre of the enterprise group can been given full play. |
