| 摘 要： | 目的为准确把握陕西省城镇居民休闲体育的实态,增强居民休闲体育的意识,提高居民生活质量,推动陕西休闲体育的蓬勃发展提供理论依据。方法文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法。结果陕西省城镇居民休闲体育参与状况良好。主要表现在:74.2%的人参与过休闲体育;体育消费人数占84.7%;活动目的以消除身心疲劳为主;选择同事为活动伙伴占56.3%;健身走和慢跑是主要的休闲体育项目。结论休闲体育价值取向呈多元化趋势;选择休闲项目简单易行;空间环境选择就近、方便的原则。

| Abstract: | Aim To accurately grasp the current situation of leisure sports of urban residents in Shaanxi Province,the actual state of leisure and sports,to enhance the awareness of residents and improve quality of life of residents,promoting the leisure sports to flourish in Shaanxi.Methods The literature review,questionnaire survey and the statistic method.Results The leisure sports participation of urban residents in Shaanxi is in good condition.It is demonstrated by the indicators such as 74.2% of the people have been involved in leisure sports;84.7% of poplulation has consumed sport goods;The purpose is mainly to eliminate physical and mental tiredness;56.3% has chosen colleagues as sport activities partner;fitness and jogging are the main leisure sports.Conclusion The values of people take part in leisure sports diversify;simpler leisure sports are prefered,and closing and convenient environment as well. |
