摘    要:目的改善经编间隔织物结构设计粗放化、经验化的现状,为在给定工作应力下的经编间隔织物结构参数设计提供基础。方法从平板压缩和球形压缩试验开始,探讨织物结构参数(如间隔纱细度、面密度、垫纱角度等)对织物压缩性能的影响,给出织物的缓冲特性曲线,并建立了计算机仿真有限元模型。结果仿真计算显示,理论计算结果与试验数据基本吻合。结论该有限元模型可用于经编间隔织物的结构参数设计。

Abstract:Aim In order to change the empirical status on parameter design,and to start groundwork on construction parameters designing for warp-knitted spacer fabrics by developing a finite element model.Methods Research work began on compression experiments.Based on experimental data,the compressibility law was given when the construction parameters(such as the diameter of spacer yarn,surface density,spacer yarn angle and the thickness of spacer fabrics) of spacer fabric changed,and also a finite element model was developed.Results The computer simulation shows that the finite element model matches with experimental data very well.Conclusion The finite element model provides a fundamental tool which can help designer to decide construction parameters when working stresses are given.
