激光显微图像散斑对比度分析

摘    要:目的研究消除激光作为显微系统光源时产生的散斑。方法采用476nm蓝色激光作为光学显微系统照明光源,利用光纤振动法对激光显微图像散斑进行消除,同时采用CCD图像传感采集系统对抛光玻璃表面和DVD-R盘片进行显微成像,并对光纤在不同振动电压下的显微图像散斑对比度进行了分析。结果在1.1V振动电压下抛光玻璃表面的散斑对比度最小为23%,在相同条件下DVD-R盘片显微图像散斑噪声较小。在一定振动电压下散斑消除效果明显、成像较为清晰。结论比较传统方法,其优点在于不仅消除了散斑,同时光纤对激光光束也起到了匀光作用,可便于图像存储。

Abstract:Aim The elimination of the speckle generated by laser as the light source for microscopic system of the research.Methods 476nm blue laser is used as the light source in an optical microscopy system,and the vibration of fiber is utilized to eliminate speckles.CCD image sensor acquisition system is used to image for polishing glass surface and DVD-R blanks,and the microscopic image of speckles contrast of Optical fiber is analyzed in different vibrating voltage.Results It shows that the minimum contrast of the speckle of the polishing glass surface is 23% when Vibration voltage is under 1.1V.The speckle noise of microscopic image of DVD-R discs is less under the same conditions.Elimination of the speckle is obvious and clearer image is obtained in a certain voltage of vibration.Conclusion With the traditional methods in the storage of images,this method succeeds in that it can not only eliminate speckles but also can unify the laser beams.
