| 摘 要： | 测量了标题配合物Cd(mnt)(5-NO2-phen)](mnt2-:1,2-二氰基乙烯-1,2-二硫醇离子.5?NO2?phen∶5?硝基-1,10?-邻菲咯啉)在二甲基亚砜(DMSO)和二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)等溶剂中的电子吸收光谱及DMF中的电子发射光谱特性,报道了掺杂有标题配合物Cd(mnt)(5-NO2-phen)]的CdS-PVA复合膜的暗态导电性和光电导性,研究了Cd(mnt)(5-NO2-phen)]对CdS的光敏化作用与其电子光谱间的关系.

| Abstract: | The electronic absorption spectra of complexCd(mnt)(5-NO2-phen)] in DMSO and DMF,and emission spectra of complex Cd(mnt)(5-NO2-phen)] in DMF(mnt=mnt2-,1,2-dicyano-1,2-ethylene-dithiolate.5 -NO2-phen :5-nitri-1,10-phenanthroline) are measured.The dark conductivity and photoconductivity of CdS doped with Cd(mnt)(5-NO2-phen)] are reported.The correlation between photosensitization of complex Cd(mnt)(5-NO2-phen)]to CdS and their electronic spectra are studied. |
