商用车转向器支架疲劳寿命仿真分析

摘    要:为了揭示转向器支架的破坏机理,在整车实际运行工况下计算转向器支架最大受力,并在此基础上建立了转向器支架的有限元模型,在转向器质量和最大转向力矩的共同作用下对转向器支架进行静强度分析;根据S-N曲线方法、正弦载荷谱和Radioss工具对转向器支架进行疲劳寿命分析;最后将仿真结果与实际破坏形式及理化分析结果进行对比。结果表明:转向器支架满足静强度要求,但是存在局部寿命不足、一致性差的问题;仿真分析与工程实际具有较好的吻合性。

Abstract:In order to reveal the damage mechanism of the steering gear bracket for a certain commercial vehicle,the maximum force was computed under actual working condition.The finite model of the bracket was built based on the force analysis,and the static strength was analyzed by simulation.The fatigue life of the bracket was analyzed by simulation,based on the S-N method,the sine wave load spectrum and Radioss tool.In the end,the simulation analysis was compared with the real damage forms and physics-chemical ana...
