摘    要:提出了一种新的面向绿色制造的多目标车间调度方法,通过将调度目标分解为竞争性指标和可持续性指标,分别建立了竞争性指标的调度模型和可持续性指标的评价模型,并基于改进的遗传算法求解出多组满足竞争性指标的Pareto最优解;然后从这些解中模糊优选出可持续性指标值最好的协调解,即为所求的绿色调度方案。实例研究表明,该方法在保证生产效益的前提下,能够使制造过程的资源消耗和环境影响最小,有效地解决了绿色制造中的多目标调度优化问题。
