| 摘 要： | 为了确定沥青路面预防性养护的最佳养护时机,结合预防性养护措施的特点,分析养护措施实施前后路面性能的衰变特性,定义预防性养护综合效益,确定评价指标的权重,制定合理分析周期,同时采用费用分析法建立了最佳养护时机决策模型。算例计算结果表明:通过对路面评价指标加权计算综合效益,能够突出各项评价指标的作用,客观反映养护对象的特点;根据决策模型建立的4个决策指标(综合效益值、等额年费用值、效益指数和路面服务寿命变化量),可以形成5个决策原则(费用最小原则、最大综合效益原则、最大单位费用效益原则、最长服务年限原则和综合平衡原则),能够同时满足不同决策者的需求,而决策精度取则决于反映路面性能变化数据的完善程度。
