混凝土泵车疲劳寿命预测方法

摘    要:
为了探索频域法在混凝土泵车疲劳寿命预测中的应用,以某48 m混凝土泵车为例,现场实测了臂架结构危险部位的随机载荷谱,并对该焊接结构进行了室内疲劳试验。结合试验数据,分别应用频域法和时域法计算出了泵车结构危险部位的疲劳寿命。结果表明:采用Dirlik概率模型的频域法能较好地反映随机载荷下泵车臂架结构的疲劳寿命,频域法与时域法计算结果相对误差仅为8%左右。

In order to explore the application of frequency domain method in the concrete pump fatigue life prediction,a 48-meter concrete pump truck is taken as an example,the field measurement of the random load spectrum on the structure dangerous position and the welded structure fatigue indoors test are carried out.With the experimental data,the fatigue life of the truck structure risk part is calculated by the frequency domain method and the time domain method respectively.The results show that the frequency doma...
