高速公路违规过称时的称重误差分析及校正

摘    要:为了解决因违规过称引起的动态称重精度下降的问题,在实地调研了车辆的各种违规过称行为的基础上,分析了车辆加速、减速通过称台时的各种受力,以及违规过称形式对动态称重精度的影响,发现车辆前轴轴重随着加速度和质心高度的增大而减小,以及后轴轴重随着减速度和质心高度的增大而减小,并通过补偿质量转移量给出了车辆前、后轴称重数据的校正值。研究结果有利于将失真的车辆前、后轴的轴重数据校正至静态轴载数据,从而能有效控制逃费现象。
