| 摘 要： | 以我国200余家制造企业为研究样本,对供应商开发行为的分类及其内部关系,以及供应商开发在我国的实施情况进行实证研究。通过聚类分析将供应商开发行为分为关系导向、目标导向和资本导向供应商开发。采用模型设定探索分析对三类供应商开发行为之间的关系进行了检验,结果显示关系导向供应商开发对资本导向和目标导向供应商开发的实施有显著的正向影响,目标导向供应商开发对资本导向供应商开发的实施也有显著的正向影响。通过平均数分析与非参数检验发现,我国企业供应商开发实施水平还较低,企业应加强实施关系导向和目标导向供应商开发,谨慎实施资本导向供应商开发。
