| Abstract: | Recently there is a dilemma increasingly showed out between tour guide and tour agency while the tourism in Xinjiang is blooming up. The author pointed out the idea of setting up the Tour Guide Company to solve the problem, and explained further the function and the model of the Tour Guide Com- pany. |
