鸣翠湖轮虫群落特征及其与水环境因子的关系

摘    要:于2009年1~10月鉴定和测定了鸣翠湖轮虫的种类组成、密度D和生物量B,测定了叶绿素a含量ρ、水温t、pH、透明度L、总氮ρ(Nt)、总磷ρ(Pt)、高锰酸盐指数ρ(CODMn)等水环境因子指标,并运用相关分析、多元逐步回归分析、通径分析和典范对应分析等方法研究鸣翠湖轮虫D、B、群落特征与水环境因子之间的相互关系.结果表明,鸣翠湖轮虫共有3个亚目8科14属22种,其中臂尾轮科12种,四季以萼花臂尾轮虫、矩形龟甲轮虫和角突臂尾轮虫为主要优势种.鸣翠湖轮虫D与ρ,t,pH,ρ(Nt)显著正相关,与L显著负相关,与ρ,t,pH,ρ(Pt),ρ(CODMn)有显著的线性回归关系,影响鸣翠湖轮虫D的水环境因子依次为t,pH,ρ,ρ(Pt),ρ(CODMn).轮虫B与ρ,t,pH,ρ(Nt),ρ(Pt),ρ(CODMn)显著正相关,与L显著负相关,与t,ρ,ρ(Nt),ρ(Pt),ρ(CODMn)有显著的线性回归关系,影响鸣翠湖轮虫B的水环境因子依次为t,ρ(Nt),ρ,ρ(Pt),ρ(CODMn).轮虫与水环境因子的典范对应分析(CCA)排序结果将15种轮虫分为3组;t,ρ(CODMn),ρ,pH是影响鸣翠湖轮虫群落特征及时空分布的主要水环境因子.

Abstract:Rotifer species composition,density,biomass and the water environmenal factors such as Chlorophyll-a conen(ρ),water temperature(t),pH,secchi-depth(L),total nitrogen(ρ(Nt)),total phosphorates(ρ(Pt)),Potassium permanganate index(ρ(CODMn)) were analysed from Jan.2009 to Oct.2009 in Mingcui Lake.Analysis approaches of correlation analysis,multiple stepwise regression,path analysis and Canonical Correspondence Analysis were employed between Rotifer density,biomass,community and water environmenal factors in Mingcui Lake.The results showed that 3 sub-division,8 family,14 genera and 22 species of rotifer were idenified in Mingcui Lake.The dominan species were Brachionus calyciflorus,Keratella quadrata and Brachionus angularis.The correlation between rotifer density and ρ,t,pH,ρ(Pt),ρ(CODMn) were positive,and that between rotifer biomass and ρ,t,pH,ρ(Nt),ρ(Pt),ρ(CODMn) were positive.The correlation between rotifer density,biomass and L was negative.Followed by the importance the water environmenal factors which had affected on rotifer density in Mingcui Lake ranged as follows:t,pH,ρ,ρ(Pt),ρ(CODMn).Those affected on rotifer biomass ranged as follows:t,pH,ρ,ρ(Pt),ρ(CODMn).CCA result showed that 15 species of rotifer were divided ino 3 groups in Mingcui Lake.t,ρ(CODMn),ρ,pH were the main water environmenal factors correlated with the distribution of rotifer community in Mingcui Lake.
