摘    要:介绍了一种基于红外检测技术与单片机控制技术的液体点滴速度自动测控系统,阐述了系统的硬件组成、工作原理和软件设计。它可以实现输液速度的键盘设置、动态显示、点滴速度的检测、输液速度的实时调节、储液瓶液面动态监视以及异常情况报警等功能,使输液治疗变得更加方便和安全。实验测试结果表明,系统检测精度高、输液速度调节响应快、稳态误差小。

Abstract:This paper analyses an automatic detecting and control system of transfusion speed,based on infrared detection and single- chip microcomputer control technology. It tells of the hardware constitution,work principle and software disign. This system realizes the function such as setting up transfusion speed through the keyboard, dynamic state display,detecting and adjusting the speed on real time ,detecting the liquid level dynamically and giving an alarm in unusual contition. It can make liquid transfusion treatment convenient and safe. Experiments verified that the system has the characteristics of higher- level detect accuracy, faster response of speed adjusting and lower error in steady state.
