| Abstract: | It cannot be overlooked now that students are still overburdened. From the teachers perspective, there are the following six causes: outdated teaching ideas; low in-class teaching efficiency; lack of able teachers; inadequate co-operation among the same-grade teachers; result assessment of teachers; no local models to follow. |
