铝—锡—锌轴承合金的性能与应用

摘    要:对AI-Sn-Zn合金材料的研究发现,含适量Sn和Zn的轴承铝合金具有好的耐磨性,可用作小型轴承材料。含Sn量增加时,承载能力下降,只能做双金属或三金属轴承的表层材料。该铝合金的显微组织为硬的铝锌固溶体基体上分布着软的锡相质点,拥有良好的耐氨蚀性,成本降低,是化肥厂用轴承的首选材料。

Abstract:The investigation into Al-Sn-Zn alloys shows that the aluminum b ase alloys which contain appropriate Sn and Zn have good wear-resistance and can be used for small-sized bearing parts. With the increasing content of Sn, the bearing capacity of the alloys reduces, so they can only be used as the surfa ce material of double or triple bearing metal. The microstructure of the aluminum base alloys is the soft particles distributing on the hard matrix.Compared with other bearing alloys, the aluminum base bearing alloys have higher ammonia erosion resistance and lower cost,so they are optimum materials for chemical fertilizer factories.
