| 摘 要： | 目的 总结脾切除术治疗特发性血小板养活性紫癜（ITP）的治疗经验。方法 回顾性分析64例ITP病人的治疗。结果 56例治愈，治愈率56／64，随访率100％，平均随访时间6．2a。结论 选择性脾切除术是治疗ITP的一种安全，有效的手段。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the experience of splenectomy for idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura. Methods 64 cases of ITP treated with splenectomy were retrospectively analyzed. Results 56 cases were recovery, cure rate was 87.5%,the rate of follow up was 100%, average time of follow up was 6.2 years. Conclusion Splenectomy is a safe and effective treatment for ITP. |
