| 摘 要： | 利用PFT—NMR核磁共振波谱仪测定了北沙参提取物的^1HNMR图谱，对不同产地北沙参提取物的^1HNMR指纹图谱进行了分析，获得了其提取物的特征峰，并利用向量夹角余弦法计算了不同产地北沙参指纹图谱的相似度。结果表明，不同北沙参提取物的^1HNMR指纹图谱都显示有效成分特征共振峰，并具有很好的重现性和高度的特征性，可以成为北沙参真伪鉴别的依据。

| Abstract: | We employed PFT-NMR to determine the1HNMR spectra of Glehnia littoralis extracts,and analyzed the1HNMR chemical shifts of different Glehnia littoralis.We obtained its characteristic peaks,and calculated the similarity of different 1HNMR fingerprints with vectorial angle approach.Results show that the1HNMR spectra of Glehnia littoralis extracts has better repeatability,and that the spectral characteristics of different Glehnia littoralis extracts are quite similar.The1HNMR fingerprints of Glehnia littoralis ... |
