| 摘 要： | 在持续发展思想下，我国对土地利用系统的认识逐步加深．土地集约利用研究的对象从农用地向非农用地和区域土地扩展，更加注重城市土地集约利用的空间布局、土地集约利用效益的综合性、土地集约利用的动态性和层次性研究，可持续发展规划对土地集约利用有着重要的作用并产生了深远影响，并进一步指导我国今后的土地集约利用．
