汽车塑料油底壳注塑成型数值模拟与结构优化研究

摘    要:根据汽车油底壳的结构特征和复合材料结构设计原则对塑料油底壳进行三维造型,并基于Abaqus有限元分析软件对塑料油底壳的加强筋结构进行静力分析。结合塑料油底壳的实际应用情况优化出合理的加强筋结构;基于Moldflow软件,运用热流道顺序阀的方式对塑料油底壳进行注塑成型模拟;通过正交试验分析各顺序阀的开启时间、模具温度、熔体温度和注射压力对塑料油底壳边翘曲的影响;运用极差分析和方差分析对影响塑料油底壳边翘曲的各因素进行分析。结果表明,顺序阀2的开启时间对塑料油底壳的边翘曲影响最显著,模具温度次之,且其他因素对边翘曲也有一定的影响。

Abstract:Three-dimensional model of plastic oil sump was built according to the structural characteristics of oil sump and the structural design principle of composite material. Static analysis of stiffener structure of plastic oil sump was carried out based on Abaqus finite element analysis software. Reasonable stiffener structure was optimized by combining with the actual application of plastic oil sump. Based on Moldflow software, the injection molding simulation of plastic oil sump was carried out by means of hot runner sequential valve. The influences of opening time, mould temperature, melt temperature, and injection pressure of sequential valve on the edge warpage of plastic oil sump were analyzed by orthogonal tests. The result indicates that the opening time of sequential valve 2 has the most significant effect on the edge warpage of plastic oil sump, followed by the die temperature, and other factors also show some certain influences on the edge warpage.
