| 摘 要： | 本文根据统计学原理,对PERT方法的时间估计问题进行了分析;利用检验的办法确定了PERT假设前提对工序时间的均值、标准离差及总工期所产生的误差。并提出了减少这些误差的有效方法。

| Abstract: | The problems about the time estimations for completion in PERT are statistically discussed in this paper. The errors of the mean and standard deviation of the time of activity and project completion caused by assumptions are given by means of deviation tests. The methods to cut down errors are finally put forward. |
