编队干扰方案协同决策研究

摘    要:为了解决在舰艇编队反导作战过程中考虑协同时的编队干扰作战方案动态优选问题,提出了基于协同的编队干扰方案决策方法.以协同理论为依据,定义了干扰方案之间的协同度,给出了协同度的求解方法,并与动态规划原理有机结合,找到了一种基于协同的多阶段多方案优化策略.将该方法应用于解决编队干扰方案协同决策的优化中,在给定的战术想定条件下,使用该方法得出了协同情况下的全程干扰效能指数,结论明确合理.

Abstract:To solve the problem of jamming plan optimum selection of naval fleet in operation,this paper has provided a method of fleet jamming plan decision-making based on collaboration.The collaboration degree among plans is defined and calculated according to the theory of collaboration.Combineding with dynamic programming methodology,a new method for solving the multi-stage multi-plan optimization based on collaboration to obtain the optimum balanced tactic has been given.This method is applied to solve the collaborative decision-making optimization problem of colligation anti-missile by shipboard jamming system.in a given tarctic case,the full range jamming effective factor can be obtaind and the result is clear and reasonable.
