| 摘 要： | 高等院校青年干部是我国高等教育事业持续发展的重要力量。根据青年干部思想政治和人文素质方面存在的问题，应该从加强政治学习、人文知识学习，体现以人为本，制定培养计划，建立考核机制等几方面提高他们的政治水平和人文素质，使他们健康成长。
