| 摘 要： | 用植物生长调节剂GGR6号浸泡菊花品种金不凋插穗基部1h、2h和4h；浸泡药剂浓度设15mg．kg^-1、30mg．kg^-1、45mg．kg^-1三个浓度梯度，清水作对照。结果表明：用GGR6号浸泡金不凋插穗，可显著增加插穗的侧根数、侧根长度和茎高；药剂浓度以30mg．kg^-1，浸泡2h效果最佳。

| Abstract: | The stem bottom of Jinbudiao Dendranthema,morifolium var.is soaked in plant growth regulators GGR6 solution.The soak period is 1h,2h and 4h.The concentration of GGR6 is 15 mg.kg -1 ,30mg.kg -1 and 45mg.kg -1 ,pur water is contrasted.The experment result show that the root length,root numbers,stem height is increased obvious;Especially with soaked 2h and 30 mg.kg -1 concentration appear best effect. |
