摘    要:研究针对武钢2800轧机HAGC系统改造项目的计算机实时系统.硬件结构以VME总线多处理器系统为基础,采用分布式控制思想,根据各种算法的复杂度和系统所要求的响应时间划分任务和分配硬件资源.在软件实现上,采用VxWorks实时操作系统,运用多任务机制、客户/服务器机制和内存共享机制等建立面向复杂实时控制的系统架构,并给出了HAGC控制算法结构图.该设计已用于实际生产并长期可靠运行.

Abstract:The investigation is aimed at the computer real time system of HAGC for the 2800 plate mill in Wuhan Iron & Steel Company. The hardware structure was based on the multi processor system on a VME bus. Depending upon the complexity of different algorithms and the response time required by the system, a distributed control method was adopted to divide tasks and allocate hardware resources. Based on the real time operating system of VxWorks, mechanisms of multi task, client/server and shared memory was adopted to establish a system structure facing the complicated real time control. Besides, an algorithm block diagram for HAGC control was given. The design has been utilized in actual production, attaining long term results in reliable operation.
