城市路网供需非均衡度研究

摘    要:城市路网供需非均衡运行状态是一种常态,建立一种适当的方法对城市路网的供需非均衡程度进行度量,对交通管理决策的制定具有极其重要的意义.文章从交通需求和路网供给分析入手,提出了城市路网供需非均衡度的概念和测定方法,该测定结果可作为交通管理决策部门制定交通供需协调发展政策的决策依据.最后在一简单网络上进行了供需非均衡度的分析计算.

Abstract:The nonequilibrium operation state of urban road network's supply and demand is a normal state.Setting up a proper method to measure the disequilibrium degree of urban road network's supply and demand is important to make decisions of traffic management.This paper begins with the analysis of traffic demand and road network supply,advances the concept and a measuring method of the nonequilibrium degree of urban road network's supply and demand,the results of the measuring can be used as a basis of the coordination and development policies of traffic supply and demand made by the traffic management and decision department.It analyzes and calculates the disequilibrium degree on a simple network.
