摘    要:对上海美优制药有限公司引进的流化制粒包衣机进行再设计、安装和调试.通过对风系统设计、热源选择、温湿度控制等方面的分析表明,流化风量、孔板开孔率和温湿度对包衣效果有着重要的影响,甚至决定包衣过程能否进行.

Abstract:The fluidizedbed pelletization packaging machine has been introduced by Shanghai Meiyou Pharmaceutical Ltd.This machine is to be redesigned,reconstructed,installed and adjusted.The design of ventilation system design,the heat source selection and the control of temperature and humidity are summarized.The conclusion indicates that fluidization air rate,orifice coefficient,temperature and humidity have important influence on packaging.
