| 摘 要： | 以20世纪80年代中期兴起并紧密结合现代科学技术进步的一个新兴领域——智能运输为实际背景，分析了模糊神经网络有待解决的问题；针对这些问题提出了一个新的系统——模糊逼近神经网络摄动系统，并介绍了关于这个系统所开展的一些工作，对开展智能运输的研究将具有启迪作用和现实意义。
