The Significance of Developing the Biomass Energy and Shanxi's Strategy

This paper discusses on the strategical significance of developing the biomass energy from the angle of guaranteeing our country's energy security,expounds briefly the concept of the biomass energy and its development and utilization in China and foreign countries,and in the light of the present situation of Shanxi's serious environmental pollution,weak ecological environment and progressively decrease of the capital resources,puts forward some countermeasures for developing Shanxi's biomass green energy.
