| 摘 要： | 本文介绍在OMNINET局部网络环境下实现的高校财务管理正统OMNINET-FMS。该系统对高校预算内财务和预算外财务进行了全面管理。并介绍了该系统的数据结构、程序组织和设计思想,以及解决财务数据安全性和准确性的一些措施。

| Abstract: | In thi s paper the Finance Management System OMNINETFMS for colleges and universities is presented which is implemented on LAN env-ironment. Using this system, both financial affairs in budget and out budgethave been processed automatically in our institute.The data structuer, pragramorganization and design ideas of this system are presented. Some means forsecurity and accuracy of finance are also discussed. |
