金红石型纳米TiO2改性PC阳光板抗老化应用

摘    要:采用TEM,UV-Vis等测试手段表征了金红石型纳米TiO2的性能特征;分别制备了金红石型纳米TiO2质量分数分别为0.1%、0.3%和0.8%的改性PC阳光板,并采用氙灯气候试验机对纯PC和改性PC阳光板进行了人工加速老化.结果表明:金红石型纳米TiO2在PC阳光板基体中具有良好的分散性,其对PC阳光板有一定的增韧作用,改性PC阳光板具有优异的抗老化性能,其中,0.1%纳米TiO2改性PC阳光板的效果最好,老化400 h后的色差值为2.56,仅为未改性时的四分之一,老化800h后的缺口冲击强度保持率大于95%,相比纯PC提高了16.67%.

Abstract:The property and feature of nano-rutile-TiO2 were detected by TEM and UV-Vis.The nano-rutile-TiO2(0.1%,0.3% and 0.8%) modified PC sun board composites were prepared.PC sun board and PC sun board/nano-TiO2 composites were degradated by accelerated aging test with laboratory xenon arc lamp.Test results show that the nano-rutile-TiO2 can be well dispersed in PC sun board matrix on nanoscale,and the ageing resistance of PC sun board is remarkably improved and its toughness is increased to some extent.The color aberration of PC sun board modified by nano-rutile-TiO2(0.1%) is less than 2.56 after 400 h accelerated aging test,which is only one fourth of that of plain PC sun board.The retention ratio of the notched impact strength of PC sun board modified by nano-rutile-TiO2(0.1%) is more than 95% after 800 h ageing test.
