| 摘 要： | 组合逻辑电路的最大动态电流测试应在电路的原始输入端施加一个特定的测试序列才能实现.文中提出一种算法模式可以快速生成所需的测试序列.算法与电路的原始输入端数无关.

| Abstract: | A special testing sequence input is need for measuring maximum dyna- mic current of a combinational logic circuit.The algorithm proposed in this paper could be used to generate testing sequence quickly,which is independent to the number of input variables in the circuit. |
