硅胶负载硅钨酸催化合成丁酮乙二醇缩酮

摘    要:以硅胶负载硅钨酸为催化剂,以丁酮和乙二醇为原料催化合成丁酮乙二醇缩酮.探讨了丁酮与乙二醇量比、催化剂用量、带水剂及反应时间对收率的影响.实验表明,在n(丁酮):n(乙二醇)=1:1.5,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的0.6%,带水剂环己烷10 mL,反应时间75 min的优化条件下,丁酮乙二醇缩酮的收率可达72.0%.

Abstract:The synthesis of butanone glycol ketal with silicotungstic acid/silica as catalyst has been studied.Molar ratio of butanone to glycol,the dosage of catalyst,the volume of cyclohexane as the water-carrying agent and reaction time on the yield were discussed and the best conditions were found out.The optimum conditions are:molar ratio of butanone to glycol is 1:1.5,the dosage of catalyst is equal to 0.6% of feed stocks,the volume of cyclohexane as the water-carrying agent is 10 mL and the reaction time is 75 ...
