| 摘 要： | 目的：总结小儿断指再植经验。方法：从1990年7月-2006年4月进行小儿断指再植39例42指，对各类型的小儿断指再植进行探讨。结果：小儿断指再植总成活率90．48％。结论：严格断指再植适应证；彻底的清创；精确无误的吻合血管；认真细致地修复各种组织；果断的处理血管危象；早期功能锻炼等，是提高断指再植成活率及功能康复的重要因素。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To sum up experience of child replantation of severed child amputated finger.Methods: To probe into the method replanting severed child amputated fingers in 39 cases with 42 severed amputated fingers from July,1990 to April,2006.Results: Survival rate is 90.48% in 39 cases.Conclusion: Considering the indications strictly,debriding the wound thoroughly,anastomosing the vessels accurately,repairing all injured tissues carefully,treating vascular complications promptly and definitively,taking functional exercises early and so on are the important factors to increase the survival rate of replanted fingers and restore their functions. |
