| 摘 要： | 目的观察佐米曲普坦治疗无先兆偏头痛的临床疗效.方法将54例无先兆偏头痛患者随机分成曲坦组和对照组,对患者治疗前后的头痛症状进行对照比较.结果两组治疗后不同时间点头痛程度评分、疗效较治疗前有明显改善(P0.01或P0.05),曲坦组优于对照组(P0.01或P0.05).结论佐米曲普坦治疗无先兆型偏头痛临床疗效较好.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of zolmitriptan for the treatment of migraine without aura. Method 54 patients of migraine without aura were randomly divided into zolmitriptan group and control group. The headache symptoms prior to the treatment were compared with those after the treatment. Results The score of headache degree and therapeutic effect at different time points after the treatment were improved significantly compared with those prior to the treatment in the two groups（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. The therapeutic effect in zolmitriptan group was better than that in the control group（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. Conclusion Zolmitriptan has a good therapeutic effect in the treatment of migraine without aura. |
