摘    要:A number of tests are made involving the observation of air currents around the taker-in by means of supplying smoke at various points and by means of measuring air pressures at different points around the taker-in. Different types of taker-in undercasing are used in order to show their advantages and disadvantages.Upon careful analysis of the data, it is found that any change of the sum of the settings at the junction of the cylinder and the taker-in undercasing has direct effects upon the air pressures. Hence, air currents could be controlled for the purpose of improving the work of the taker-in.A method for controlling air currents is suggested in the hope that it may be of some practical use to cotton mills.

关 键 词:本文通过烟气試驗及气压测定  經过分析对梳棉机刺辊部分气流的基本情况作了概括的阐述  并对小漏底型式作了評价。影响刺輥部分气流的因素較多  本文仅对小漏底網眼部分气压的分布情况作了测定与分析  得出大小漏底出口总和隔距变化  后罩板进出口隔距变化对網眼部分气压均有直接的影响。通过各种小漏底型式的試驗  認为小漏底入口以尖口型式较佳。本文对如何控制气流的方法提出了初步意見  以供紡织工作者在实际工作中作参考。
