吸入式气浮净化机脱油浮选动力学研究

摘    要:在实验室模拟装置上对吸入式气浮净化机的脱油浮选动力学进行了研究,考察了转子转速、气量、油滴粒径等影响因素。研究结果表明,吸入式气浮净化机的脱油浮选动力学可用动力学方程式描述,浮选速率常数随油滴粒径、气量的增加而增大,极限油浓度与油水的性质、油滴粒径、转子转速、气量、温度等因素有关。

Abstract:A study on kinetics of oil/water separation by induced-air flotation machine was conducted with simulated unit in laboratory to investigate the effects of oil droplet diameter,air flow rate and rotor rotational speed on the kinetics.A kinetics expression of oil/water separation by induced-air flotation machine was proposed.The oil/water separation rate constant increased with increasing oil droplet diameter and air flow rate,but did not change with the rotational speed of rotor.The concentration limit of oil was related to the properties of oil/water,oil droplet diameter,rotor rotational speed,air flow rate and temperature.
