杂多酸在膨润土上的固载化(Ⅱ)──液固相中催化合成乙酸丁酯的研究

摘    要:在液固相中考查了负载在膨润土上的4种具有Keggin结构的杂多酸催化合成乙酸丁酯的催化活性及反应后的溶脱情况。实验结果表明:催化剂具有较高的酸催化活性和选择性,连续反应数次后,有部分杂多酸从载体上溶脱,杂多酸的溶脱速度、固载催化剂的催化活性与载体的酸性有着密切的关系。

Abstract:The catalytic activities of PW(12) and SiW(12) heteropoly acids with Keggin structure supported on modified bentonite for the synthesis of butylacetate were examined, and the amount of heteropoly acids dissolved during the reaction was also measured. The experimental results showed that the supported PW(12) and SiW(12) heteropoly acids catalysts possessed of high activity and selectivity, and PW(12) and SiW(12) heteropoly acids were partly dissolved into the liquid phase during the reaction. The catalyst activity and dissolving rate of heteropoly acid were closly related with the acidity of supports.
