碳纳米管/聚偏氟乙烯-三氟乙烯复合纳米线的制备及其性能研究

摘    要:主要研究了未经处理的多壁碳纳米管和聚偏氟乙烯-三氟乙烯-MWCNT/P(VDF-TrFE)的复合纳米线的制备及其介电性能.MWCNT/P(VDF-TrFE)]混合溶液在正负压差下灌注到氧化铝模板中形成复合纳米线.通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)可以清楚的看到复合纳米线的表面形貌微结构.X射线衍射(XRD)和差示扫描量热法(DSC)都表明了碳纳米管影响共聚物的结晶相.通过对其介电性能的分析得知复合纳米线的介电性能得到了有效地改善.

Abstract:This paper reported the fabrication of untreated multi-walled carbon nanotube /poly(vinylidenefluoride-trifluoroethylene)MWCNT/P(VDF-TrFE)] composite nanowires using anodic aluminum axide(AAO) template under vacuum.Scanning electron microscope(SEM) revealed the microstructure of MWCNT and P(VDF-TrFE),respectively.X-ray diffraction(XRD) and differential scanning calorimetery(DSC) showed that carbon nanotube affects the crystallinity of the polymer.The analysis of the dielectric properties verified that the ...
