对柘木黄酮引起细胞凋亡及其机制的初步研究

摘    要:在不同浓度的柘木多糖和黄酮存在的条件下, 培养人胃癌细胞7901.细胞形态学观察发现, 多糖对人胃癌细胞的生长基本没有影响; 黄酮的作用可引起细胞死亡, 细胞死亡率随黄酮浓度的增高及作用时间的延长而增大.HE染色、原位末端标记及琼脂糖凝胶电泳等实验证明, 细胞的死亡方式为调亡.Fas免疫组化实验证明细胞凋亡的机制与Fas基因有关.

Abstract:Culture man-stomach-tumour-7901 in the condition of different concentration of amylose and flavone. From cell morphology, observe the tumour cell and find that amylose does not affect on the growth of man-stomach-tumour-7901 and flavone can arose cell death. Cell mortality will increase with the more and more increasing concentration and time. The tests such as HE dye, still end labeling and gelose gel electrophoresis etc. have proved that the manner of cell death is apoptosis. The immunohistochemical test of Fas has testified that the mechanism of apoptosis have on with the Fas.
