| 摘 要： | 罪刑法定原则是当今世界各国普遍采用的一条基本原则,为了更好地保障公民权益,我国在新刑法第三条明确规定了这一原则。我们认为应从罪刑法定原则的思想基础、基本内容及其现实化方面着手理解我国罪刑法定原则。 |
