试论隐性城市化——江阴农村城市化道路分析

本文通过对江阴农村的实地考察,提出了隐性城市化的概念,认为农村城市化与居民点集中没有必然的联系,农村城市化的根本目的是要提高农村人民的生活水平和消灭城乡差别,在此基础上,进而对江阴农村城市化的发展方向和目前应该采取的措施作了初步探讨,在一定程度上有助于揭示我国发达地区农村城市化的某些规律和特点,对我国发达地区制定农村发展政策有一定参考价值。

ON THE RECESSIVE URBANIZATION The way of the urbanization in Jiangying countryside

The article puts forward the concept of recessive urbanization on the basis of on-the-spot investigation into Jiangying countryside. The author thinks that urbanization of the countryside is not eqnal to the geographical concentration of residential areas, and the urbanization of the countryside aims to improve the living standard of rural people and reduce the distinction between town and country. Furthermore the author makes a suggested approach to both the direction of the urbani zation in Jiangying countryside and the measures that should be taken at present.
