| 摘 要： | 统计了大肠杆菌９８５个基因终止密码子前３１个碱基和终止密码子后３３个碱基在各个位点的碱基概率分布．发现终止密码子前３个碱基和终止密码子后３个碱基的概率分布与其它位点的概率分布有很大的差别．以ＴＡＡ结尾的基因序列和以ＴＡＧ或ＴＧＡ结尾的基因序列的碱基分布在终止密码子附近也有明显不同．我们又统计了高表达基因和低表达基因终止密码子前后序列的碱基分布，发现在紧邻终止密码子前后３个碱基范围内，某些碱基分布有明显的差别．还发现碱基Ｇ和碱基Ｔ的３周期分布贯穿整个编码区，碱基Ａ的３周期分布在编码终止区非常明显．

| Abstract: | The 985 gene sequences of Escherichia coli are compiled and the probabilities of bases in the sites nearby the terminal codons are calculated.Between 3 bases upstream and down stream the terminal codon,the probability distribution of bases are different from teh others;For the gene sequences ended by TAA and ended by TAG or TGA,their probability distribution of bases have distinct differences nearby the terminal region;The relation between the probability distribution of bases nearby the terminal codons and gene expression level are studied.The probability distribution of bases between 3 bases upstream and down stream the terminal codons have distinct differences between high expressed genes and low expressed genes;The 3 period distribution of base G,T and A also exist in coding terminal region;The 3 period distribution of base A in terminal region are more distinct than coding start region. |
