红外探测器与读出电路耦合方法研究

摘    要:红外焦平面阵列是现代红外成像系统的关键元件,不论是混合式还是单片式红外焦平面阵列,都需用读出电路来多路传输信号并减少阵列输出信号的数目。该文综述了红外焦平面阵列的发展现状;分析了焦平面输入电路在红外探测器和读出电路之间耦合的重要性;初步探讨了在红外探测器与读出电路之耦合方法;讨论了在器件优化设计中,如何合理选择焦平面输入电路方式。

Abstract:is key component of the modrn infrared imaging system. Either hybrid or monolithic IRFPAs need readaut circuits to transmit multiPle signal and reduce the numbers of output signal of the arrays. In the paper, the developing state of IRFPA is summarized; the importance of input circuit of focal-plane in the coupling between IR detectors and readout cir cuit is analyzed, a preliminary study of the coupling method of IR detectors and readout circuit is made; the way of reasonable selection of input circuit of focal-plane is discussed
