基于遗传神经网络的天津滨海新区人才竞争力评价

摘    要:在借鉴国家和城市人才竞争力评价方法的基础上,构建了独立的区域人才竞争力评价指标体系,对我国环渤海经济圈、长三角和珠三角地区的重要区域进行了人才竞争力评价的实证研究。用MATLAB网络环境建立基于遗传算法的BP神经网络模型评价模型,对我国三大经济圈内5个重要区域的人才竞争力进行了测算和排序,明确了滨海新区人才竞争力水平,为提高滨海新区人才竞争力水平提出对策建议和措施。

Abstract:Basing on Regional Competitiveness Theory and the reference of evaluation models of countries or cities,this research designs a theoretical framework for an independent evaluation system of regional competitiveness of talents and conducts an empirical analysis of competitiveness of labor force of the key region of China Three Economic Circle.It Measures and ranks the competitiveness of regional labor force of the five major areas of the three economic circles,basing on Genetic BP Artificial Neural Network in MATLAB environment,thus proofs the position of competitiveness of talents of Tianjin Binhai New Area and present solutions and suggestions.
