基于LLC拓扑的高效率井下隔爆充电机

摘    要:鉴于煤矿井下的应用环境,对充电机有严格的隔爆要求,因此给充电机的散热带来了挑战.提高充电机的整机效率是解决这一难题的唯一出路.采用半桥LLC谐振方式提高了煤矿井下隔爆充电机的效率,成功研制了新型煤矿井下高效率隔爆充电机.实验表明,所研制的井下隔爆充电机满载效率高达95.2%.

Abstract:ecause of the application environment in coal mines , there are strict explosion proof require- ments on charger. So, it challenges the heat dissipate of the machine. The only solution is to improve the efficiency. Half--bridge LLC resonant be used to improve the efficiency of explosion proof charger in coal mines, so the novel explosion proof charger is developed. Experiments showed that the full load efficiency of the explosion proof charger up to 95.2 %.
