摘    要:以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为单体,经物理交联和化学交联反应制得PVA水凝胶,考查了不同的合成方法对PVA水凝胶性能的影响.对制备的PVA水凝胶膜的力学性能、透光率及透气性进行了表征.研究表明,采用以DMSO为溶剂的冷冻法制备的PVA水凝胶膜具有良好的综合性能,其透气系数为0.8m2/s·kPa,拉伸强度为16.5 MPa,透明度达99.8%.

Abstract:With polyvinyl alcohol as monomer, by physical cross-linking and chemical cross-linking reac- tion of PVA hydrogel, the effect on the properties of polyvinyl alcohol by using different synthetic methods is studied. This study tests the mechanical properties, ultraviolet resistance, light transmittance and permeability of polyvinyl alcohol hydrogel, and finds out the hydrogel membrane performance better. The re search shows that polyvinyl alcohol hydrogel membrane has excellent barrier performance, the permeabili- ty coefficient of 0.8 m2/s· kPa, tensile strength 16.5 Mpa, and 99.8 % transparency.
