| 摘 要： | 决策是人们的一种社会行为，渗透到社会的各个领域。决策的正确与否直接影响到决策的经济效益和社会效益。随着组织环境的不断变化，决策的不确定性越来越大，难度也越来越高。以财务管理中的净现值为评价指标，就企业设备投资问题，用Excel软件建立动态的投资决策支持模型。
